Chandler
Chandler is one of the most productive walnut varieties known in the world with walnut nuts.

It makes walnut in bunch shape. Thin crusted and oval shaped. It is broken easily and the inside easily comes out. A tree between the ages of 7-8 gives 25-40 kg, a Chandler tree aged 9-10 years gives 50-70 kg. walnut inshell on average.  At the age of 15-20 years old can yield up to 100 kg of walnut. The samplings that planted are easily adapted to the climate, that is, the aclimation feature. It opens late in the spring. So spring is very resistant to frost. It is suitable to be planted to the places as high as 1200 meters above sea level. In recent years, Chandler fruits are imported from Chile to the United States and Turkey.
